Reporting to the Corporate Controller, the Director of Revenue Operations will be responsible for all aspects of revenue recognition, audit and review of contract compliance, and managing and mentoring the revenue accounting department the Director of Revenue Operations will help to create and implement improvements accounting processes for sales from the proposal stage through invoicing and revenue recognition. As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and support the overall growth of the Timely by DrFirst business. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pharmaceutical marketing, with experience in digital marketing, content creation, and event and campaign management.
The CRM Administrator for Sales is a critical team member to helps drive growth initiatives for DrFirst.
In this role, you will support all of DrFirst’s B2B sales businesses and teams, collaborate and partner cross-functionally with marketing, product management, account management, customer success teams, and business leadership to secure alignment and implementation of sustainable best practices. This is a highly visible and impactful role, with principal accountability to implement and sustain the Salesforce CRM system as ’the single source of truth’.
You will own the Salesforce CRM system for sales, and be responsible for developing, deploying, supporting, and sustaining the CRM strategy and roadmap for the sales teams. This includes configuration, support, maintenance, documentation, training, data quality, uploads, workflows, reporting, and overall improvement of the CRM system.
