The Regional Account Manager are responsible for demonstrating and selling our cutting edge, award winning, and healthcare software solutions. You are a dynamic, self-motivated, creative thinker, with an appreciation of corporate goals. We provide tools so that you can focus on generating revenue, building strong relationships while enabling our sales organization to do multi-solution selling, launch and support new products, and help and engage our users. The RAM is responsible for a territory comprised solely of existing DrFirst customers and developing additional revenue from these customers as a trusted advisor selling additional products and services.


Job Description:

  • Effectively manage the sales full life cycle: lead generation, building pipeline, accurate forecasting, demo the product(s), negotiations, closing, and secure payment
  • Meet or exceed quarterly and annual quotas
  • Together with Enterprise Account Managers service the needs of assigned book of business
  • Develop strong relationships within book of business as a trusted advisor to existing contacts and to additional contacts within same organization through own efforts of expanding contact list
  • Leverage technology using our CRM (NetSuite)
  • Continue developing industry knowledge and building successful sales techniques




  • 5+ years of proven track record of achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals in a Complex Software Solution sales environment
  • 5+ years experience in direct sales or account management
  • Ability to sell a complex software solution
  • History of experience building a territory
  • Ability to close sales via the phone
  • Successful lead generation
  • Ability and willingness to do up to 50% overnight travel
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Healthcare sales and/or account management experience
  • Dynamic, self-motivated, creative thinker, with an appreciation of corporate goals 
  • Candidate will be interacing with external customers and internal teams
