If you have experience helping healthcare organizations and communities successfully adopt and implement technology, you might be the Healthcare Community Manager we are looking for. Your background in the clinical space as a key advocate and evangelist will be critical to helping DrFirst, and our clients (community healthcare organizations) to build an integrated community network to facilitate collaboration. Having a deep understanding of the underlying clinical use cases that our products support will help you to better understand and articulate how DrFirst products will help members of a regional medical community improve team-based care, secure care collaboration, population health, and ultimately how the connected care community brings value to patients and improves outcomes. The broader your exposure to the various entities in a medical community, such as hospitals, integrated delivery networks, practices, clinics, LTC/PAC organizations, and pharmacies the better equipped you will be to help us maximize community-wide utilization of the DrFirst tools.
In this role, you will make an impact helping care teams communicate securely and more rapidly with each other, and with their patients regarding care-in-progress, admissions and discharges, or planned health events through real time patient data exchange of clinical documentation while adhering to all HIPAA security standards.
