Overview

The Division: The DrFirst Inside Sales Team is the primary point of contact for small to midsized physician groups, small Hospitals, and ambulatory Medical Clinics. This highly dynamic and solution- focused group is expected to hit the phones on a daily basis, cold call, respond to inbound leads, demo our solutions, and close the deal.

The Position: You as an Inside Sales Representative are directly selling our cutting edge, award winning, healthcare software solutions. We provide tools so that you can focus on generating revenue, building strong relationships while enabling our sales organization to do multi-solution selling, launch and support new products, and help and engage our users.  This is an exciting opportunity for sales professionals to join an innovative organization and be a part of the healthcare IT space.  If you love the thrill of the hunt and sealing the deal we want you on our team!

Responsibilities

  • Effectively manage the sales life cycle: lead generation, building pipeline, accurate forecasting, product demos, negotiations, closing, and secureng payment
  • Meet or exceed quarterly quotas
  • Build your book of business through cold calling, inbound opportunities, referrals, renewals and strategic thinking to plan the development of opportunities in your territory
  • Exceed minimum metrics
  • Leverage technology using our CRM (NetSuite) and other data resources
  • Continue developing industry knowledge and building successful sales techniques
  • Creative thinking outside the box to help increase sales velocity

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in sales, over-achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals in an inside sales environment
  • Ability to sell a complex software solution
  • Healthcare experience a distinct plus, though not a requirement
  • History of experience building a territory and new business development
  • Ability to close sales via the phone
  • Successful lead generation

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 4-year College Degree
  • 3+ years of direct sales experience
