As Sales Operations Specialist, you will help sell DrFirst products working closely with the Sales Representatives and Sales Operations Teams.


  • Demonstrating products to technical and non-technical audiences, at executive, management and/or technical levels, and at pre-and post-sales meetings
  • Articulating the business and technical value proposition and key differentiating capabilities to prospective new and existing customers and solutions partners
  • Preparing and present technical, sales and project proposals or product features for presentation/review, specifically product feature explanations/images and pre-sales data
  • Collaborating with sales operations project managers, sales representatives and product team to ensure all aspects of the sale are aligned
  • Identifying market and product requirements based on field experience and customer input
  • Partnering with our Sales and Project/Product Development teams to develop enterprise solutions
  • Ensuring total customer satisfaction with the customer's project review documentation, implementation experience and project metrics reporting
  • Participating in on-site meetings, conferences, shows, exhibitions when appropriate and requested

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 3-5 years of SaaS experience in pre/post sales roles
  • Proficient in Microsoft tools in particular, but not limited to Excel and PowerPoint. Understanding of advanced features such as vLookup matching and creative content editing.
  • Analytical skills to create, manage and explain program/project performance metrics, key performance indicators and ROI projection analysis
  • Strong working knowledge and experience in the Pharma and Payer market
  • Proven track record of working in Healthcare IT arena with pre/post selling solutions to pharma, payer, ambulatory care providers, hospitals and health systems
  • Demonstrated experience managing complex sales cycles and negotiating win-win agreements based on value based selling
  • Established relationships with executive and management level professionals on assigned projects
