Overview

The Program Manager will be responsible for planning and managing strategic initiatives working collaboratively with the VP of Strategic Program Management and other executive stakeholders in order to drive program execution and support business development.  Responsibilities may include market research, business planning, program execution and management, data analysis and reporting, sales activities and creating and maintaining relationships with prospects and clients.  By executing critical thinking skills, intense attention to detail and advanced time management and organizational skills, the Program Manager is ultimately responsible for leading the success of program initiatives from the conception stage, beta stage and final successful outcome.  

Responsibilities

  • Own strategic initiatives-understand and communicate how they align with our corporate goals and initiatives. Develop stakeholder communication on strategic initiatives progress, risks, and budget results.
  • Lead program efforts in defining scope, planning, executing, reporting, coordinating, and working collaboratively with other business units, including the sales and product teams.
  • Sales activity outreach and support: manage opportunities through the stages of the sales cycle from discovery to won. Assist in preparing sales and marketing research and programs to support the business objectives of the programs and entering new markets.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree preferred.
  • Healthcare or clinical experience required. 5+ years highly preferred.
  • Strong communicator; ability to write, speak and interact clearly and professionally. Ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, as well as outside clients and vendors
  • Intense attention to details, extremely organized, and strong multi-tasking and time management skills.
  • Entrepreneurial, open minded, dynamic personality with extreme drive to success and can thrive in a fast-paced environment.
