Purpose: The Strategic Account Manager (SAM) is responsible for managing and driving the value and usage of DrFirst products with our Epic, Allscripts, and Cerner accounts They are also accountable for the growth and upselling of these accounts. Responsible for re-engaging low satisfaction accounts. The SAM needs to be an advocate for their customers and be able to prioritize their needs based on urgency of issues and their annual spend and/or strategic value to DrFirst.
Maintain, drive, and grow the relationships and revenue streams of Epic/Cerner/Allscripts accounts
Ensuring customers understand the value to help identify and manage reference clients
Create and manage programs that facilitate the uptake, utilization, and go-live of DrFirst products in
Understand, demonstrate, and create programs to upsell new products, as available, into these
Set and maintain revenue goals as determined by executive management to be made up of a mix of
recurring revenue and identified pipeline for sales team closure
Strategic client management including face to face visits
Collaboratively working and communicating directly with internal Executive Management team at
DrFirst and externally at clients
