    Position Overview

    DrFirst, a pioneer in healthcare IT solutions, is seeking an individual to join our established sales workforce, within the Pharmacy Outreach Group. The group's mission is to promote our innovative tools, prioritize key corporate pharmacy initiatives, gather data-driven metrics to draw strategic conclusions about the pharmacy market, and help pharmacies make informed decisions to improve clinical outcomes. By utilizing DrFirst's various assets, the Pharmacy Sales Associate will coordinate between all pharmacy stakeholders, organize joint strategy meetings, and deliver reporting to ensure the program is on track.

    What you will work on

    • Outreach – You will be provided with a list of warm leads to connect with independent pharmacies and small pharmacy chains to drive the sales of DrFirst pharmacy facing products and solutions. 
    • Strategize – You will develop and maintain a robust data base of independent and small chain pharmacies to achieve sales goals and increase your pipeline. Utilizes a data-driven approach to target sales opportunities and potential pharmacy clients.
    • Collaborate – You will work with various internal sales and account management teams to increase revenue to meet company goals.
    • Develop your career – You will work with your direct supervisor to accomplish your goals and expand your opportunities for career development.

    Qualifications

    • Desire and passion for a long-term career in sales
    • Ability to engage client and qualify opportunities
    • Ability to coordinate across teams to drive successfully obtaining objectives
    • Able to demonstrate time management, basic telesales skills, knowledge of products and services
    • Demonstrated ability to understand and communicate software solutions
    • Able to demonstrate critical thinking skills to acquire a higher-level understanding of role, processes, and procedures within the sales organization
    • Bachelor's degree

    Physical Requirements

    • 10% Travel
    • 20% Standing/moving throughout the office
    • 70% Desk/phone work
