Position Overview

DrFirst, a pioneer in healthcare IT solutions, is seeking an individual to join our established sales workforce, within the Pharma Outreach Group. The Pharma Outreach Group’s mission is to aid the sales team to effectively promote our innovative tools, prioritize key corporate pharmacy initiatives, gather data-driven metrics to draw strategic conclusions about the pharmaceutical market, and to reach out to various vendors through mediums such as phone calls, conferences, and meetings. By utilizing DrFirst's various assets, the Pharma Program Specialist will coordinate between all pharma stakeholders, organize joint strategy meetings, and deliver reporting to ensure the program is on track.

What you will work on

  • Outreach – You will connect with independent pharmacies and small chains to drive the sales of DrFirst pharmacy facing products and solutions. 
  • Strategize – You will develop and maintain a robust data base of independent and small chain pharmacies to achieve sales goals and corporate informational/reporting goals. Utilizes a data-driven approach to target sales opportunities and potential pharmacy clients
  • Collaborate – You will work with internal teams effectively to increase revenue to meet company goals and work closely with the DrFirst teams to support existing clients
  • Develop your career – You will work with your direct supervisor to accomplish both personal and career goals and create new opportunities


  • Ability to drive tasks to completion with minimal guidance
  • Ability to engage client and qualify opportunities
  • Ability to coordinate across teams to drive successfully obtaining objectives
  • Demonstrated ability to understand and communicate software solutions
  • Sales or call center experience
  • Bachelor's degree

Physical Requirements

  • 10% Travel
  • 20% Standing/moving throughout the office
  • 70% Desk/phone work
