The product specialist for the Patient Innovation platform of products will work with the product manager to manage the life cycles of products under the PI organization in an end-to-end fashion. This means becoming a subject matter expert in the products. You will assist with a variety of tasks such as research and analysis, working with development to understand enhancement requests, carrying out tasks that pertain to a successful product rollout, and working with support on problem resolution. You will be required to learn and understand technical and business aspects of our product solutions.
