    What you will work on

    • Data Analysis: Our analysts use a number of tools in order to understand data trends, identify actionable opportunities, and predict outcomes.  We are looking for people who are strong with technical use of tools and who have the ability to creatively solve complex problems.
    • Data Visualization: Our business intelligence analysts are able to effectively present and communicate the results our analyses through interactive data visualization that highlight important information and influence decision-making both internally and externally
    • Problem Solving: The problems we are solving are unique and complex. This takes critical thinking, creative problem-solving, and issue dissection with the team to come up with the best solution
    • Learning: Our data analytics team is full of life-long learners. We are looking for people who have a growth mindset, stay up on their craft, and always keep an eye out for what’s next.
    • Delivering. We are committed to producing the highest quality reports and data visualizations possible.  Our focus is on consistently adding value by identifying actionable opportunities allowing internal and external stakeholders to make data-driven decisions.


    • Master’s degree in Data/Business Analytics, Mathematics/Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering or another related field
    • Three plus (3+) years of experience working as a data analyst
    • Experience with analytics tools such as SAS or R
    • Advanced Tableau desktop experience for creation data visualizations
    • Basic Oracle SQL knowledge (experience with OBIEE desirable)

    Physical Requirements

    • 70% Desk/phone work
    • 30% Standing/moving throughout the office
