Position Overview

The Affiliate Project Manager, Patient Innovations, is responsible for the implementation and execution of new affiliate sales as well as supporting Account Managers and Channel Managers in facilitating adoption of Patient Advisor.   They will assist Partners Sales, Channel, or account management in engaging and implementing the functionality with our end users.  The project manager, while reporting to the Patient Innovations organization, works day-to-day with the Partners Sales and Implementation teams to ensure the highest levels of on-time performance and superior customer satisfaction. 

What you will work on

  • Serves as primary project point of contact to new affiliates and coordinates all activities internal and external associated with the project
  • Monitors performance and delivery against client objectives and is accountable for all project plans and timelines for key account deliverables
  • Responsible for day to day communication with internal and external stakeholders to ensure client objectives are met
  • Educate EHR clients and prospects on Patient Advisor projects offered by DrFirst and their revenue potential for the Affiliate
  • Establish and facilitate regularly scheduled meetings
  • Work closely with Partners team and Marketing to design properly messaged, professional tools for Affiliate education and trainingWork with Sales team to represent Patient Advisor with Affiliates in sales calls & meetingsEnsure that client deliverables are developed, distributed, and contracted in accordance with Patient Innovations roadmaps and schedules

  • Work closely with customers to proactively resolve issues and manage relationships
  • Active participation in PI strategic, budget and resource planning processes representing Partners requirements and best implementation practices
  • Enforce integration best practices to ensure optimal user experience

Qualifications

  • Five plus (5+) years client related experience in healthcare industry
  • Bachelor's degree(MBA or PMP *preferred)
  • Understanding of the health care system, PBM/Pharma space, HIT project management
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, relationship management and consultative sales skills
  • Ability to become a trusted advisor and well-versed authority on current/prospective client experience with DrFirst
  • Demonstrated high performing individual with a track record of success
  • The ability to manage a portfolio of complex accounts and meet and exceed client requirements/service commitments.
  • An advocate for the accounts, articulates new ways of thinking while inspiring others on the team to take the lead to achieve results for the customer
