    Position Overview

    You will serve as the project owner and be responsible for the successful development, implementation and delivery of digital marketing campaigns for our US Pharma Clients. You will combine an entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities under tight deadlines.  You will be responsible for planning and managing strategic initiatives with multiple stakeholders in order to drive program execution and support business development.  Responsibilities may include market research, business planning, program execution and management, data analysis and reporting, sales activities and creating and maintaining relationships with prospects and clients.  As a Life Sciences Account Manager you will ultimately be responsible for leading the success of program initiatives from the conception stage, beta stage and final successful outcome.

    What you will work on

    • Partner with the Account Management and internal delivery teams to ensure all projects are developed for the best end user experience
    • Build and develop relationships with peers and others within the organization to exchange feedback on product/service issues, and identify and/or solve problems
    • Lead project trafficking through the development lifecycle including editorial, creative, engineering and operations
    • Manage preparation of documents for Medical Legal submissions
    • Maintain data integrity in databases and updating all relevant teams with scope, budget and timeline changes
    • Successfully organize and manage multiple projects for US-based clients
    • Manage scope to deliver projects on time within budget
    • Use project management methodologies; identify and resolve issues, manage risk and develop/maintain a detailed project schedule to include milestones, tasks, and target/actual dates of completion
    • Interface with clients and internal project teams on technical delivery projects
    • Assume responsibility for overall health and margin of assigned projects
    • Facilitate and participate in status meetings, technical / business discussions, requirements clarification sessions, process improvement, etc. as required
    • Leverage knowledge of project dependencies and timelines across project teams to assist in reconciliation of competing priorities
    • Identify opportunities for improvement in PMO processes and tools, to support the project teams
    • Demonstrate leadership, team work, critical thinking and problem solving

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree is required, Master’s degree is preferred.
    • At least 5 years of experience required in healthcare or clinical space. Experience with Pharma MLR and getting a digital program from signed to approval is highly preferred
    • Strong communicator; ability to write, speak and interact clearly and professionally. Ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, as well as outside clients and vendors.
    • Intense attention to details, extremely organized, and strong multi-tasking and time management skills.
    • Entrepreneurial, open minded, dynamic personality with extreme drive to success and can thrive in a fast-paced environment.
    • Demonstrated success in organizing and managing multiple projects.
    • Proficiency in project management principles, processes and tools – such as JIRA and Microsoft Project.
    • Effective communication (oral and written) and interpersonal skills, including ability to influence and solid strategic thinking with a results orientation.
    • Excellent relationship management skills demonstrating confidence and integrity.
    • Proficiency with core Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, Power Point).
    • Experience working with digital/technology solutions preferred.
