    Position Overview

    The Implementation Specialist is responsible for implementing DrFirst Rcopia software, as well as other DrFirst products, in physician practices and hospitals.  The Implementation Specialist is also responsible for working closely with the client to ensure that each implementation is proceeds in accordance with contract deliverables and the project timeline.

    What you will work on

    • Executing:  Lead the setup of end users, super users and trainers on DrFirst products.
    • Advising:  Discuss and recommend workflow changes and solutions with all client contacts.
    • Engaging:   Maintain and drive all client communication including, but not limited to accurate and timely follow-up to client questions and issues, email inquiries, telephone calls and webinars.
    • Managing: Independently address multiple priorities such as customer setups and support (internal and external) while maintaining a high level of service.
    • Responding: Handle customer registrations and requests within 2 business days or less, and respond to “urgent” requests immediately


    • BS in Business Management, Education, Computer Science, or related fields
    • Understanding of ambulatory and inpatient work environments
    • Excellent organizational skills
    • Comparative knowledge of the competitive e-prescribing products in the market.
    • Thorough understanding of and ability to explain data interfaces
    • Ability to create documentation and reference materials
    • Basic understanding of technical terminology
    • Knowledge of and/or experience in ambulatory health care settings
    • Ability to sort and analyze data in Excel

    Physical Requirements

    • 70% Desk/phone work
    • 30% Standing and moving throughout the office
