    Position Overview

    The Program Manager will be responsible for planning and managing strategic initiatives working collaboratively with VP of Strategic Program Management and other executive stakeholders in order drive program execution and support business development.  Responsibilities may include market research, business planning, program execution and management, data analysis and reporting, sales activities and creating and maintaining relationships with prospects and clients.  By executing critical thinking skills, intense attention to detail and advanced time management and organizational skills, the Program Manager is ultimately responsible for leading the success of program initiatives from the conception stage, beta stage and the successful outcome.

    What you will work on

    What you’ll do:

    • Own strategic initiatives-understand and communicate how they align with our corporate goals and initiatives. Develop stakeholder communication on strategic initiatives progress, risks, and budget results.
    • Lead program efforts in defining scope, planning, executing, reporting, coordinating, and working collaboratively with other business units, including the sales and product teams.
    • Network and manage opportunities through the stages of the sales cycle from discovery to won. Assist in preparing sales and marketing research and programs to support the business objectives of the programs, entering new markets.


    What you bring:

    • Bachelor’s degree required, Master’s degree preferred.
    • 10+ years of healthcare or clinical experience required.
    • Experience in leadership role in clinical environment or healthcare technology organization.
    • Experience with HIEs.
    • Strong communication skills; ability to write, speak and interact clearly and professionally. Ability to work well with all levels of internal management and staff, as well as outside clients and vendors.
    • Meticulous attention to detail, top-notch organizational skills, and strong multi-tasking and time management skills.
    • Entrepreneurial, open minded, dynamic personality with extreme drive to succeed and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

    Physical Requirements

    • 50% travel
    • 50% desk and phone work
