The Strategic Account Manager is responsible for managing and driving the growth and usage of DrFirst products in premier accounts. You are the “go to” contact and expert, for the enterprise customer relationships you manage, to effectively set product, project, operational and adoption plans and manage them to successful outcomes. A successful Strategic Account Manager brings a sophisticated business, project management, operational and service experience to managing enterprise customer relationships and knows how to deliver results. You will put your experience and expertise to use by managing a small but high-value book of business to fulfill contract obligations, provide ongoing service/support, and assisting to drive maximum adoption by end-users. As a Strategic Account Manager, you will succeed by establishing strong relationships with our enterprise customers’ functional and executive leaders to execute defined plans, track performance against goals and discover ways to enhance service and end-user utilization. Close collaboration and coordination with other teams within DrFirst will be critical to being effective for the company and the customers you manage.
