    Position Overview

    The Consumer team at DrFirst is a fast-paced, emerging group, focused on how to innovate on top of our company's 19 year legacy by launching new products to help improve patient lives and outcomes. As a Product Manager for Link, you get the challenging, yet rewarding task of uncovering what patients actually want and need in order to navigate today's healthcare challenges and then roll that information into vision, strategy, and roadmap. Then, working in tight collaboration with tech and design, you will bring it all to life. We are a passionate, entrepreneurial, and curious team that is constantly experimenting and learning and expect you to as well. In addition to focusing on the end user and the product, you will be the primary contributor to all business aspects including strategic product planning, internal and external product expertise and evangelism, business analysis, cross-functional leadership and collaboration across the organization.

    What you will work on

    As the Product Manager, you will be:


    • Analyzing and understanding patient needs
    • Leading the product, from conception and strategic planning through requirements definition, development, launch, and post-launch customer satisfaction
    • Drafting and/or reviewing product guides, and marketing materials
    • Supporting sales and corporate partners with product related activities and customer meetings as needed 
    • Tracking, analyzing, and management of KPI’s and related product metrics
    • Crafting UI/UX experiments to improve KPI's
    • Keeping tabs on competitors, industry trends and technologies, analysis, and product-differentiation strategies
    • Communicating, collaborating, and leadeing cross-functional teams to successfully develop and release products, support marketing and sales efforts, and streamline and enhance internal processes that impact your product
    • Creating, analyzing, and proposing new product ideas and opportunities in support of long term vision and strategy


    The perfect candidate for this exciting role has:


    • Three plus years' of software product management experience, specifically focused on healthcare solutions, or pharmacy benefit management
    • Bachelor’s degree (technology, engineering, healthcare, or related field preferred)
    • Taken an in-market software solution from product/market fit to scale
    • A framework for product experimentation
    • Combination of business and technical acumen, with a understanding of technology
    • Strong strategic thinking, problem solving, business analysis, and decision making capabilities
    • The ability to ruthlessly prioritize requests by balancing customer and business needs
    • Demonstrated passion for, and experience with the end to end user experience, and optimizations
    • Process oriented understanding of product management needs, and proactive in the anticipation and addressing of those needs in a fast paced environment
    • Excellent interpersonal communication and writing skills
    • Demonstrated ability to manage and drive cross-functional groups across an organization
    • Highly organized work ethic with a strong attention to detail
    • Deep sense of product ownership across all aspects of the solution
    • Experience with Mixpanel, Sketch, inVision, Jira, and Aha, or any Product Management/Project Tracking software
