Position Overview

Sales Operations is a significant part of our organization responsible for ensuring we are progressing towards our corporate vision and goals as planned. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that the day-to-day sales enablement activities are tracked in our systems. You will get to work closely with the executives in development and execution of business development plans by providing reports including trend analysis, pipeline forecasting and financial modeling. You will work with sales representatives, account management, and our leadership team to analyze reports, identify variance to plan with a goal of improving the quality and integrity of the data.

What you will work on


  • Create and deliver weekly operations reports and forecasts
  • Track, analyze, and report on sales and sales process KPIs; deliver actionable insights to leadership to manage sales pipeline
  • Develop product specific sales plan metrics
  • Support ad hoc sales analytics and assist in development of new reporting tools stemming from multiple data sources
  • Assist Sales Management with quarterly territory planning
  • Provide metrics reporting for quarterly performance assessments
  • Manage assigned projects to drive increased operational efficiency within the sales operations

Administrative Operations:

  • Process order management support including but not limited to sales orders and approve before finalizing in CRM
  • Assist with the budget planning processes
  • Collaborate with teams on ideas and enhancements to CRM and overall sales process
  • Assist sales teams with campaign specific metrics


  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Proficiency in advanced MS Excel (pivots, charts, functions)
  • At least 2 years of experience working with a SaaS or a technology company
  • Ability to generate insights from day-to-day reports
  • Superlative attention to detail and accuracy with data
  • Self-starter with ability to work independently with minimal supervision

  • Exceptional problem solving skills: demonstrated ability to analyze complex problems and develop solutions

  • Ability to work without sponsorship

Physical Requirements

  • 90% Desk/phone work
  • 10% Standing/moving around the office
