Position Overview

DrFirst is seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to help drive growth and demand generation within the pharmaceutical space. As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and support the overall growth of the Timely by DrFirst business. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pharmaceutical marketing, with experience in digital marketing, content creation, and event and campaign management. 

What you will work on

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to position Timely by DrFirst as a thought leader to help drive brand awareness and lead generation.  
  • Collaborate with the sales team, SMEs, and external agencies to develop marketing materials and campaigns that support sales efforts.  
  • Manage digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, and online advertising.  
  • Work with communications team to create engaging content for blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, and other marketing collateral.  
  • Identify conference and speaking opportunities and manage all aspects of event planning and execution, including trade shows, conferences, and webinars. 
  • Analyze marketing data to identify trends and insights that drive marketing decisions.  
  • Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns to stakeholders.  
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in pharmaceutical marketing.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. 
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a focus on the B2B pharmaceutical industry. 
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns. 
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Experience with SaaS marketing is a plus. 

Physical Requirements

  • 90% remote office  
  • 10% travel per business requirement
