Position Overview

The Manager, Marketing Campaigns primary duty is to ensure marketing campaigns achieve their lead generation and conversion objectives. 

 

In this role, you will be part of the Commercial Performance Team and be responsible for the entire lifecycle of marketing campaigns. This includes planning, executing, and reporting on campaigns to ensure they meet their goals. You will work cross-functionally with marketing team members, business units, and external partner agencies to create, execute, and monitor the performance of integrated marketing campaigns, while continuously optimizing our performance and spends.   

 

The ideal candidate will be positive and enthusiastic, comfortable working independently, and have an inquisitive attitude and hands-on experience in launching, maintaining, and measuring campaigns, along with a desire to directly impact healthcare.

 

The goal is to:

  • Ideate and plan integrated marketing campaigns based on market segments to gain new customers and upsell and retain current customers.
  • Coordinate and manage the efforts of various creative and marketing roles so campaigns launch on time, within budget, and team has a positive work experience.
  • Work closely with digital team to provide ongoing reporting, campaign insight, and pacing towards goals to stakeholders.

What you will work on

Campaign Planning:

  • Define campaign goals and objectives aligned with broader organizational goals.
  • Understand business priorities, challenges, solutions, and the value we deliver to our clients.
  • Conduct market research to understand target audience, their challenges, marketplace environment, and competitor landscape.
  • Expand and maintain business unit target lists in real-time
  • Develop campaign tactics across various channels (e.g., digital, social media, email, events).
  • View Marketing campaign planning and execution from a horizontal perspective across all campaigns in addition to viewing vertically
  • Create and maintain campaign budgets and timelines.

Campaign Execution and Management:

  • Oversee and drive the implementation of campaign activities, including content creation for assets including ads, emails, landing pages, etc.. (for handoff to communications for review and editing), media buying, and event management while keeping team aligned and informed.
  • Manage and collaborate with internal teams (e.g., design, copywriting, production) and external vendors (e.g., agencies, media partners).
  • Ensure quality control and brand consistency across all campaign elements.
  • Manage and optimize email and communications calendar across all campaigns.

Campaign Optimization and Measurement:

  • Track campaign performance through analytics and reporting tools.
  • Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and optimize campaign tactics in real-time.
  • Generate reports and insights for stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field or equivalent relevant experience required 
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tool (preferably HubSpot), email marketing best practices, and automation workflows 
  • Ability to take a strategic vision and translate it into tactical execution plans 
  • Flexibility to take on additional projects and tasks as assigned by your manager, demonstrating adaptability and a willingness to contribute to the overall success of the marketing team and DrFirst.
  • Outstanding project management and leadership skills, with demonstrated ability to track multiple simultaneous projects and deliverables without constant oversight
  • Expert user with project management tool; ClickUp a plus
  • Ability to work through and drive forward with incomplete information using an analytical mindset with quantitative aptitude 
  • Working knowledge of the healthcare IT environment is a strong plus 
  • Experience working for companies with SaaS, software, and mobile products, a plus 
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to articulate ideas in a collaborative and fast-paced environment 
  • Fluency with Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, OneNote, PowerPoint, etc.) 
  • A can-do attitude with passion, enthusiasm, and very strong interpersonal skills
  • Exhibit willingness and flexibility to work both independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment 
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts to a non-technical audience 

Physical Requirements

- 80% remote office 
- 20% travel per business requirement
