As our PA Specialist: 

  • You're an expert at navigating the complexities of prior authorization and insurance verification. 
  • You can decipher insurance jargon with ease, research like a pro, and understand complex regulations. 
  • You thrive in new environments, picking up unfamiliar technology quickly. 

What you will work on

How you'll make a real impact: 

  • You'll curate and maintain our business rules library, the core of our software, ensuring accurate and up-to-date requirements information. 
  • You'll collaborate with developers to shape how our products handle prior authorization requirements. 
  • You'll be a key player in building our approach from the ground up – this is your chance to make a lasting difference! 

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in prior authorization and insurance verification 
  • Excellent research and comprehension skills for complex healthcare regulations 
  • Adaptability and comfort with new technologies 
  • Ability to work independently, collaboratively, and reliably 
  • Self-starter mentality with a problem-solving approach 
  • Thrives in a dynamic environment and welcomes new challenges 

Physical Requirements

  • This role is 100% remote. 
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be regularly required to stand, sit, talk, hear, reach, stoop, kneel, and use hands and fingers to operate a computer, telephone, and keyboard. 
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision requirements due to computer work.
