Currently this position is full-time and allows candidates to work remotely. Please note that all candidates must confirm they have high-speed internet and a quiet, secure location, as you will be presenting proprietary information to a large group and cannot be in a public space. There may be opportunities for travel in the future if clients request on-site training, but travel is not required for this role. This is a salaried position.
The Training Specialist is responsible for providing live training sessions to clients. They are also responsible for maintaining the calendar of live events and attendees list within the DrFirst Healthiverse Academy learning management system.
Training consists of hosting and leading live tutorials with customers and answering questions from the audience about on how to use DrFirst’s software and product lines in physician practices, hospitals, and in other healthcare settings. The Training Specialist is also responsible for working closely with the Project Management team during the client implementation process to drive product utilization and continue adoption of the various applications implemented.
When not providing live training, the Training Specialist will also be responsible for answering questions from customers within our support center that could help influence the training curriculum. They will work closely with our internal documentation and training team to develop and update appropriate content within the learning management system for use within the live training curriculum.
