Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our new business generation team and drive growth. The Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily sales activities, developing effective sales strategies, and working closely with leadership to meet company revenue goals. This individual will play a pivotal role in shaping the sales culture, developing talent, and fostering strong relationships with clients.

What you will work on

  • Lead, coach, and manage a team of inside sales and business development representatives to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth and increase market share.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.
  • Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive activities to inform sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product development, and customer service teams to optimize sales efforts and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular team meetings to provide updates, address challenges, and ensure alignment with company objectives.
  • Recruit, hire, and train new sales team members, fostering their professional development.
  • Manage sales pipeline and forecast accurately to ensure the achievement of revenue goals.
  • Develop and maintain detailed knowledge of company products and services to effectively communicate value propositions to potential clients.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
  • Proven track record of success in a sales management role, with at least 5 years of experience. Healthcare experience preferred.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of sales strategies, CRM software (e.g., Salesforce), and sales analytics tools.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple priorities.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
  • Positive attitude, team player and go getter

Physical Requirements

  • 70-75% remote office
  • 25-30% travel per business requirement

  • Competitive compensation, with a base salary of $100,000 - $120,000 (Exact compensation may vary based on skills and experience)
