In this role, you won’t just be making cold calls or sending emails; you’ll be mastering the art of consultative selling, building meaningful relationships, and playing a key role in driving our mission to improve health through intelligent medication management. With hands-on training, mentoring from seasoned sales professionals, and exposure to high-level sales strategies, you’ll be set on a path toward a thriving career in outside sales and beyond.

What you will work on

As a Business Development Representative, you’ll be at the forefront of our sales efforts, with responsibilities including: 

 

  • Mastering Industry Knowledge: Gain in-depth understanding of healthcare and the medication management landscape, challenges, and opportunities. 
  • Becoming a Product Expert: Learn the ins and outs of our solutions, from features and benefits to what makes us stand out in the market. 
  • Strategic Prospecting: Identify and infiltrate target accounts to build a robust sales funnel. 
  • Data-Driven Execution: Leverage CRM tools, business intelligence, and sales analytics to maximize your success. 
  • Collaborative Selling: Work cross-functionally to ensure seamless support throughout the sales process and contribute to our overall strategy. 
  • Continuous Learning: Participate in all required meetings, customer interactions, and industry events to continually enhance your skills and knowledge.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Healthcare, Marketing, or a related field. 
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically. 
  • Self-starter with a passion for learning and growing in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Proficiency with MS Office, Salesforce, LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, and other sales tools. 
  • Exposure to the healthcare, healthcare IT, or pharmaceutical environment is a plus. 
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. 
  • Ability to work effectively in a multitasking environment. 
  • Willingness to travel as needed.  

Physical Requirements

  • 70-75% remote office 
  • 25-30% travel per business requirement

  • Competitive compensation, with a base salary of $50,000 - $67,000 (Exact compensation may vary based on skills and experience)
  • Eligible for Company Performance-based Quarterly Bonus Program, based on individual performance

  • 401K eligible after 3 months of employment, with 50% company match up to first 5% of salary contributed to the plan with a 3-year vesting schedule
  • HSA for eligible employees enrolled in the HDHP, with a generous company contribution up to $500 for individual coverage and $1000 for family coverage per year
