Position Overview

As a Sales Engineer, you will play a critical role in demonstrating the value of our AI-enabled, automated electronic Prior Auth platform. You will engage with customers strategically to drive adoption, satisfaction, and technical success. Working closely with sales, product, and development teams, you will ensure seamless integration and support for our customers, helping them realize the full benefits of our solutions.

This role requires a deep technical understanding of our product, the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, and a customer-centric approach to problem-solving. Your contributions will directly impact customer success, platform adoption, and overall business growth.

What you will work on

  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the product’s technical capabilities and its value proposition in the market.
  • Conduct discovery calls with sales representatives to assess customer needs and technical requirements.
  • Scope and propose detailed integration solutions, considering customers’ hardware, software, and operational processes.
  • Lead technical demonstrations and presentations to customers, investors, and key stakeholders.
  • Provide technical support to the sales team, addressing product-related inquiries throughout the sales cycle.
  • Collaborate with sales to develop customized solutions tailored to client needs.
  • Develop and nurture customer relationships, ensuring long-term success and satisfaction.
  • Assist the development team with product testing, post-installation follow-ups, and issue resolution.
  • Respond to technical questions from customers regarding product functionality and integration.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in a Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, or similar technical role.
  • Familiarity with business hardware and software systems, APIs, and integrations.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and customer-centric mindset.
  • Ability to develop high-level software solutions and influence key stakeholders.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and credibility with customers.
  • Experience in healthcare technology is highly valued but not required.

Physical Requirements

  • 90% remote office
  • 10% travel per business requirement

  • Competitive compensation, with a base salary of $120,000 - $130,000 (Exact compensation may vary based on skills and experience)
