Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter to join our People team and own full-cycle recruitment for operational and core business functions. You'll drive talent acquisition for roles across operations, finance, customer success, sales, and corporate functions while leveraging AI tools and automation to scale recruiting impact in a high-growth healthcare technology environment.

What you will work on

  • Full-Cycle Recruitment:
    • Manage requisitions for operations, sales, and corporate roles from intake to screening to interview coordination to offer
    • Partner with hiring managers to define requirements, develop job descriptions, and execute sourcing strategies
    • Build diverse, qualified talent pipelines and guide hiring decisions through data-driven assessments
  • Candidate Sourcing & Engagement:
    • Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and professional networks to identify passive and active candidates
    • Craft personalized outreach messages to maximize response rates
    • Build and nurture candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs
  • Interview Coordination & Candidate Experience:
    • Schedule and coordinate all interview stages and serve as the primary candidate contact, providing timely updates and feedback throughout the process
    • Ensure seamless, positive candidate experience from application to offer
  • AI-Powered Recruiting & Automation:
    • Design and implement AI/LLM solutions to streamline sourcing, screening, and candidate engagement
    • Build prompts and workflows to automate repetitive tasks like outreach, status updates, and data entry
    • Develop tools and scripts to enhance recruiter productivity and reduce time-to-hire
  • Strategic Projects & Talent Acquisition Operations
    • Design and maintain recruiting reports and dashboards, including regular reports on pipeline health, diversity metrics, source effectiveness, and time-to-fill
    • Optimize job descriptions, screening criteria, and recruitment workflows
    • Support employer branding initiatives, including career site updates and recruitment marketing
    • Support ATS upgrades and migration,s including implementation, data migration, and team training
    • Coordinate and support recruiting events such as career fairs and networking sessions
    • Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting data in ATS
 

Qualifications

Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, Communications, or related field
  • 2+ years' recruiting/talent acquisition experience
  • Demonstrated passion for and experience with AI tools, LLMs, and prompt engineering
  • Experience and understanding of applicant tracking and similar HR systems, as well as data exchange related to those areas
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage candidates and stakeholders
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and adaptable in fast-paced environments
  • Proficient with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, and Google Workspace
  • Experience with automation tools, workflow design, or technical recruiting projects strongly preferred
 

Physical Requirements

  • 95% Desk work
  • 5% Travel

*This is a part-time position averaging 20 hours per week with flexible scheduling. During peak business periods, hours may scale up to 40 hours per week to support critical initiatives.
