Our solutions help 100 million patients a year and are used by more than 420,000 prescribers, 71,000 pharmacies, 270 EHRs and health information systems, and over 2,000 hospitals in the U.S. This is a great opportunity to be a part of a successful Healthcare IT company experiencing significant growth. Here you'll get to work with some of the smartest and most interesting people around; solving unique and complex challenges in healthcare on a scale matched by a few companies. If you get excited about stretching yourself in new ways, developing yourself to your fullest potential, care about working with smart colleagues; we want to talk to you!

Position Overview

The RevOps System Administrator is a critical team member supporting our newly formed Revenue Operations function as we scale and mature our capabilities.

In this role, you will help administer and optimize multiple RevOps platforms including Hubspot, Salesforce, Planhat, and other integrated tools across the lead-to-cash lifecycle. You'll collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, customer success, and finance teams to ensure our systems support efficient, data-driven decision-making. This is a highly visible and impactful role where you'll be responsible for system maintenance, user enablement, documentation, data quality, and the continuous improvement of our RevOps infrastructure.

Reporting to the RevOps Senior Director, you will own day-to-day system administration, support, and optimization. This includes configuration, troubleshooting, documentation, training, data governance, workflow automation, reporting, and ensuring our systems remain reliable and scalable as we grow. You'll be joining a three-month-old team that is building foundational processes and systems, offering the opportunity to make meaningful impact early.

If you are someone who has a positive, enthusiastic, and service-oriented attitude; hands-on experience administering CRM and RevOps platforms; and a genuine passion for helping people work better through technology, we want to speak with you!

Who will love this job

  • An energetic problem-solver who gets curious (not stressed) when someone says "the system isn't working" because it means there's a puzzle to solve.
  • A natural helper with an approachable, service-oriented personality—making users feel comfortable asking questions while staying focused on serving their needs.
  • A process thinker who doesn't just fix today's issue but asks "how do we prevent this from happening again?" and designs sustainable solutions.
  • A detail-oriented systems thinker who understands that changing one field can impact five downstream processes and thinks through those implications before making changes.
  • A documentation champion who believes that if it's not documented, it doesn't exist—and actually enjoys creating resources that help people help themselves.
  • Curious and adaptable with a genuine interest in how systems work, eager to explore new features and learn new platforms.
  • You have a track record of taking ownership and following through on commitments, even when things get messy.

What you will work on

  • Administer and configure multiple RevOps platforms including Salesforce, Planhat, and related tools (custom objects, fields, workflows, automations, validation rules, reports, dashboards).
  • Handle all administrative functions including user account maintenance, permission sets, role assignments, and access management.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot integrations between platforms; monitor data sync issues and ensure data consistency across systems.
  • Execute data quality initiatives including validation, deduplication, and enrichment; support data governance standards and maintain "source of truth" documentation.
  • Build, maintain, and optimize reports and dashboards for various stakeholders; translate business requirements into effective visual representations of data.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive system documentation including field mappings, data flows, process guides, troubleshooting resources, how-to guides, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Provide responsive troubleshooting support for end users across all departments; conduct system usage audits and identify training needs.
  • Create training materials and conduct user training sessions; translate technical concepts into clear, non-technical language and foster user adoption through positive interactions.
  • Gather user requirements/specifications and translate them into system configurations; design and redesign workflows to enhance system usability.
  • Establish sustainable processes for system maintenance and change management; think long-term about data maintainability and system maturity.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, customer success, finance, and IT teams; partner with RevOps Manager on system strategy and ensure alignment across the tech stack.
  • Monitor system performance, proactively identify optimization opportunities, and stay current with platform releases, new features, and best practices.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent with relevant work experience; Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
  • At least two (2) years of hands-on experience administering Salesforce and/or other CRM/RevOps platforms with proven ability to build workflows, automations, custom objects, fields, reports, and dashboards.
  • Experience with integrated tech stacks, data quality initiatives (validation, deduplication, enrichment), and troubleshooting sync issues across platforms.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail and ability to think through system-wide implications of changes.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences and create clear documentation and training materials.
  • Demonstrated ownership mentality, follow-through on commitments, and experience supporting users across multiple departments.
  • Initiative and ability to handle increasing responsibility over time.
  • Salesforce Admin certification is a plus. Experience with customer success platforms (Planhat strongly preferred), marketing automation (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot), integration tools (Celigo, Zapier, APIs), healthcare or regulated industries, high-growth organizations, or early-stage teams is a differentiator.
