The Content Writerworks with colleagues across the organization to produce web-based instructional content for our customers to consume online. They are also responsible forresearching customer usability experiences and assessing the usability of our support website.
Content that will be created consistsof writing help center articles that answerquestions fromcustomers about how to use DrFirst’s software and product lines in physician practices, hospitals, and in other healthcare settings. The Content Writer is also responsible for working closely with the Productand Marketing teams during theproduct release processto drive product utilization and continue adoption of the various applications implemented.
When not writing or producing content, the Content Writerwill also be responsible forreviewing analytics for our support center and uses data to influence the content needed for an improved customer experience. They will alsomonitor feedback from internal groups about theeffectiveness of the content and may conduct regular audits as necessary.

We are looking for a Corporate Controller with demonstrated past success to work with DrFirst leadership, as well as other parties including lenders and financial investors. In this role you will manage and share financial information, which assists management, board members, financial investors, lenders and other authorized parties to fulfill their responsibilities regarding the Company's operations and future. You will manage the Company’s Accounting department and accounting functions, ensuring that proper controls are designed, implemented in place, and function properly.

This position addresses tight deadlines and all accounting activities including regular monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting; oversight of all activities that allow for a timely year end audit by the independent auditor; proper reporting to all required government agencies, lenders and investors; and preparation and support for special projects.
