The Sr. Director, PBM Programs and Services is responsible for managing the planning and execution of PI strategic and tactical initiatives. The Sr. Director of Sales Enablement is responsible for improving the overall performance of DrFirst sales efforts through the implementation and management of sales enablement programs, coaching, and performance assessment practices. This organizational leader will be focused on driving improvements in sales effectiveness measured by increased sales funnel velocity, deal size, and conversion rates.
In this role, you will ensure all DrFirst sales channels and sales professionals develop the necessary skills to consistently achieve sales performance goals. The Senior Director of Client Services will be responsible for managing and driving the value and usage of DrFirst products with our Pharma customers. In this role, you will also be accountable for the growth and upselling of these accounts, reengaging low-satisfaction accounts and onboarding of net new accounts. You will liaison between product and pharma sales teams to help them accurately forecast and launch of programs and provide oversight of growing account services and data team for reporting.
